Dr. Radhika Shrivastava Adholeya (MBBS, MS, DHM)

Dr Radhika Shrivastava Adholeya is a Practicing Clinician, Researcher and Management Consultant, specialized in both public and private health care system.

Dr Radhika completed her schooling from Scindia School, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh). She graduated (MBBS) from Gajra Raja Medical College Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) and completed her post graduation (MS) in Biomedical science from IOP, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. Her thesis work on Brain tumours (Gliomas) was awarded Senior Research Fellowship of ICMR. Besides, Dr Adholeya pursued Diploma in health care management from Institute of health care administration, Chennai and P G Diploma in health and family welfare management from National Institute of Health and Family Welfare(NIHFW), Ministry of Health, Govt. of India New Delhi.Presently she is pursuing her PhD in Globalization of health care, with Public Administration (S0SS) Dept. of IGNOU, New Delhi.

Dr Radhika has rich experience of working in community especially maternal and child health care activities (MCH/RCH). She has her wide working experience in field of Pulse Polio immunization, communicable diseases like Respiratory tract infections, diarrheal diseases and meningitis, STI/HIV/AIDS counselling and treatment. Her twelve years of community clinical practice includes accuracy in diagnosis, timely decision making, correct usage of diagnostic tools to supplement the management and referral. She did her internship and residency with Northern Railway Central Hospital (NRCH) New Delhi. She worked with National Paediatric Centre and conducted various camps for underprivileged children. She works voluntary for Don Bosco society and SaiMandir, Dwarka New Delhi. She is involved in many charitable activities and awareness campaigns related to non-communicable and communicable diseases.

She works as consultant with colleges like Apeejay management Institute and Era Business School. She was also a part of advisory group of pharmaceutical companies like Lupin, Cipla and Dr.Reddys lab and participated in clinical trials and data collection.She also conductsSeminar and lecture for faculty and students of various colleges on healthy lifestyle, diabetes, hypertension, stress management and infectious disease. Population, Environment, Disaster Management, Community Motivation and Participation, Fund Raising activities, Contraceptive Social Marketing, Adolescent Health and Gender Biases, women’s health and their health seeking behaviours and other social issues are the areas of her interest and competency, for future involvement. She worked as Capacity building coordinator with PPP Tuberculosis USAID project and conducted training in various states of Uttar Pradesh. She also worked as Officer on Special Duty( OSD) & Medical Officer In charge of SIFPSA project of UttarPradesh.

Dr.Radhika is associated as Medical Advisor and Consultant with various hospitals in New Delhi and she manages her own clinic in Dwarka, New Delhi for past twelve years. As she is doing family practice, her patient profile ranges from Paediatric, Adult to old age and of both gender. She provides consultation, vaccination and minor procedures like multi load insertion and MTP. She does tele consultation for elderly patients and active counselling for adolescents and couples.

Dr. Radhika has visited many countries and is well versed with global health challenges and can perceive the needs of an international patient. She has the requisite competency, clinical knowledge and expertise to provide online consultation on health related issues to any person from any part of the world.
